I don't know if this is even possible. but blocking for a backflip ??? I can do the flip no prob but i know i can get them higher.....or can I? whatever. help me out plz?

You would have to do a roundoff into one, then block.

i can do these fine as well. i think i understand why im not getting as much height as i could
