One of the things I've always wanted to do was to long kong, which i was not able to, until about 20 minutes of training my kongs. i just put up a big box infront of the picnic table (the bench side) i put it very close, then i konged it. was easy, so i do it a few more times, then i bring the box back more & more... till eventually i realise how long that kong really is. so i measure it with the length of the picnic table, & realis that i can kong it the long way... & i did!!

i was never able to before, thanks to this simple training method, i was able to do it!
