Leg Weights

Are leg weights good to train with? I've heard mixed criticism about training with leg weights, like how they mess up your walking/ running stance. What would you recommend about leg weights? Should I used them to run with, causal walking, or not at all?

Do not use them for any reason aside from weighting chins or pulls, imho.

Agreed. I tried walking around with them at school and when I got home and took them off I was WAY off balance. I no longer use them except for pull-ups. =D
Have you forgotten about the days when we just wanted to rock cause we like it that way?

I use them for reverse hyperextensions sometimes, as well.

Well... Kinda, except for certain static leg exercises and weighted pull ups... =D lol
