I have the Nike Free Sparq 5.0s. They actually are good in a lot of ways, but have some drawbacks. If you want a shoe with some support, this isn't for you. It has some, but it's designed to sort of simulate bare-foot running, so it's enough to make them super comfortable, but not much more than that. The sole has a nice super flexible design that I love, but it has little gray squares of rubber glued into the black, and they have peeled out on ocassion (nothing that superglue didn't fix though.) Decent grip on walls and rails, nothing spectacular. Depending on how hard you are on them, they can last a while or they'll fall apart quick on you. They aren't built tough, their built light. I like them, but I'm reluctant to use them often, because I don't think they can handle the abuse.
