Jam's aren't for ozzi or anyone to teach you specifically.  We do some conditioning, and then we play...of course we are supportive, but we're not going to spend all our time showing you how to do techniques and what not.  simply put, don't rely on jams as a place to learn all your pk from.

You should look into taking classes ozzi teaches if you want dedicated time from and experienced traceur to teach you pk.  from what I've observed of the classes, they are to give you a good source to draw ideas from (set a good foundation), as well to set you in a good mindset for training.   More then half of training should be on your own though...don't let anyone convince you otherwise...take what you learn in classes and apply it when you train on your own.  Ozzi's teaching classes at Hawaii Academy Gymnastic Gym...and soon to start again an intermediate class at Cross Fit Oahu.

The Hawaii Academy classes can be two a week or three a week (monday, weds, Friday... 6-7pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm) dunno cost off the top of my head...you pay monthly for these classes...just show up and sign up anytime.

Cross Fit class start again on the 16th of this month... (Tues & Thurs...7pm-8:30pm) it's a six week program.

"The main purpose of this jams is to;

- Emphasize the importance of conditioning to prolong and preserve the body for PK practices.
- Exchange new ideas or practice concepts for addition to ones existing training.
- Keep the PK community up to dated and active.
- Get photo session for the site in order to share with other traceurs around the nation.
- Gather with other traceur as a way of networking within the community to plan sessions around you area.
- Help new comers get started by learning all the bases.
- And mainly practice together as it is always helpful and the best way to help each/push each other and try new techniques in order to excel."

I will be there. I may be a little late and/or hung over, but I will for sure be there. Nothing like following up a night of partying with a little parkour.  ;)

Nice jam, just a few of us but just enough. Love seeing new faces too.

Theyre doing remodeling and one of my fav spots is gone... sucks, found some cool new things though, there is still so much to be done there.

Thanks to you who came to play.

Sorry guys. Not only was a hungover, my friend went into labor, and another friend lost keys to his car, and we had to pick up her mother-in-law from the airport along with seeing newborn Elizabeth!!! Ozzi, I'll see you tomorrow. =P You missed one hell of a party.
