Um, what is the question?  It'd help to have a properly formed sentence if you would like help.

I think he means that most of his day is school. What can he do to work out.

He basically wants help on forming a workout regimen... From what I can gather...
Have you forgotten about the days when we just wanted to rock cause we like it that way?

well im not a fitness savy guy, however a quick mile time and being able to do 10 or 15 pull ups would be a good goal i suppose

Not very hard goals. Find harder goals.

for pull-ups use GTG do 50-60 percent of the maximum amount of pull-ups a day. Get a pull-up bar in your house.

For the mile do intervals 2-3 minutes twice a week and do sprinting intervals once a week.

No car?  Do you walk home from work?  Take a route that has a park or playground on the way.  Instant pull-up bars.

Go to school all day and are tired after?  Get up an hour early and go for a run or bike ride around the block.

It's all about making time.  You don't sound like you have a job on top of school so there are your weekends.  When I was in better shape, I didn't set goals as to how many of a certain routine I would do - I would just decide what I was going to work on each day and put so much time into it.

Since I started working a lot more, I stopped having 'the time' - which is just an excuse for being tired or un-motivated.

Waiting to run until you get new shoes is the same as waiting to work out until you get into martial arts.  You don't need the best gear or any gear to exercise.  Muscles came free with the life deal.  Set the goal of who you want to be and how you want to be seen, and go make all the small changes until you become it.

Looks like you already know what to do :P

Good luck man.  I find it hard to schedule my days right now as well so I understand your frustration.  I'm working 7 days a week and take 30mins-1hour of subways and buses a day.  Some days I work doubles, but most I am closing, so I don't get home until 8-9 and I'm exhausted.

An important part of discipline is balance.

I've been working on advanced gymnastics bodyweight progressions.
Every time I do homework I take a break and do some push ups and sit ups or work on the steps leading up to a front lever (I think that's what it's called)
