this comming sunday on 3/7/2010 from noon to 3pm

Members of Defy and other traceurs will be training on the Salt Lake Community College Redwood Campus. we will be training on various vaults and movements as well as playing traceur games

if you want to train with other traceurs or learn parkour come to the SLCC redwood campus

we will be there from noon to about 3pm

if you know someone or you yourself are looking to meet other traceurs and train with other people then swing by and join us
