Starting a workout
« on: February 23, 2010, 10:27:26 AM »
I want to start a proper workout routine. So far the only ideas I've had have been: light stretching > 25 squats > 10 push-ups > 5 pull-ups > 50 using the things in the image.
Then I'll repeat the squats to the hand strengtheners 3 times, followed by stretching, again.
I'm not sure if this is a good routine, so please correct it as needed.

The goals I've got so far are:
Exercises
15 push ups -
10 pull ups -
10 chin ups -

Skills
speed vault (with good technique) -
monkey vault -
kong vault -
squat with proper form -
climb up with proper form -
handstand -
roll (with improved technique) -

Do you have any specific goals? Like How much weight you would like to squat or how many people you would like to have sex with. Be specific.

Gym might help you with a weight program.
