Yeah I don't ever take drops more than 3 feet and that is rarely ever. It just seems like 1-2+ years seems like a long time to me.

After training for four years, it is my assistance to not take falls like that. I avoid 6 legs falls even now, after training dozens/hundreds of people, web variety classes and doing in shows and photoshoots. Drops get boring, and they damage. I know it seems far too said, but if you like you to eat well and healthy, take it easy on the falls.

My friend is trying to comprehend how to breakdance.And the take up dosen't really rely cuz the bar is 2" above my go.
