Well if he is doing only 2 times a week he can't do ABA. He can only do AB. It wouldn't make sense in terms of frequency or recovery to do AB in week one then BA in week two. Its still ABABABABABA but instead of ABA,BAB,ABA,BAB its AB, AB, AB, AB.
