Anyone in the Daytona Beach area?
« on: February 12, 2010, 02:40:05 PM »
Hey guys, I am fairly new here and also to free running. I cant do everything yet but I am very interested in learning. The problem is I haven't found anyone/any clubs near me that train. So is anyone near DB to hook up with me and teach me some stuff?  :D

The only person I know from the Daytona area is Adam, but I don't think he visits these boards often.  The best place to find him is on Overflux.com.

yea I'm in daytona beach. I would love to be involved. I just joined this 10 minutes ago and I'm trying to connect and learn. I got an hour on mon and wen to use the computer at ATC. I just joined zoic in orlando by website 5 minutes ago but going to orlando is a little tough. I just have a new boy and It's hard to leave him and my wife, for a second let alone a night. I'm a b-boy and I have a profile at b-boyorg as compass.

Hey, yeah I'm moving over to APK more now. But mostly have been checking the main boards. These are kind of far down the page! I think I am going to have a beginner's session in Daytona sometime in the next couple weeks. Let me know if yall are interested!
I'd love to help!

Hey, I have finals this week and then am heading out to Seattle for the summer. But get in touch with Chris Thomas if you ever want to come down and train. You can get him on Facebook. He might poke his head in here as well! Looking forward to training with you in the fall!
I'd love to help!

Andy! Just missed you! I'm heading out to Seattle for the summer, but talk to Chris Thomas. Lately we have been meeting Monday and then either Thursday or Saturday. We've found some pretty good spots as well.

Do you know Chris? I think he said he went to one of yall's gym sessions.
I'd love to help!

The school here has some alright spots, but you'd probably have to go on a saturday to avoid any teachers or sports coaches walking around, and it would be cool to get some tips on my jumps and stuff.

Hey this is Chris . I would love to meet up with you guys. Like Adam said we got a few spots, and were still expoloring. They are kinda spread out a little. We should defiantly meet up. Sundays are good. Andy if you remember I showed up one time in orlando and said "thanks for putting this together" in the begin of the class. It was an excellent  crash course. Thanks! since then I've been meeting up with Adam mostly but a few times we got a few guys out. WHats up Jacup? I saw you on the post. I would be happy to show you guys a few spots here in Daytona
