i figured id start over on my training journal. i mean copy and pasting the files from my comp is easy but whatever...

Sunday//Feb. 7. 8:46 Pm

trained flips at the pool today
made major improvements on my front

also tryed to learn a gumbi today, good results so far. i estimate about 2 months before i can turn that into a Raiz

Tryed a feilong kick. failed.
moving on

Worked on windmills flares and 1990s today
i almost have one round flare so far, just need to tweak the setup
Also worked on AirChairs despite my wrist being fractured last year, and it being significantly weaker, i can say that im making much improvements on this move

Note to self: Fix this problem that i have with getting to sleep. Re read mufus[Jujimufu] godly article on sleep. In fact read all of the articles on TT, then make a sleep stack(preferabbly a tuna smoothie chock full of protein) work out for a bit, then crash

I just watched Vellus Summer sampler
hes so godly. up there with anis and luke broadlick and jeremy marinas as my favorite trickers
his Btwist>BHS>Double Back was flawless

i remembered that i could wall spin, so im gonna probably do those at school tomorrow to piss off security, maybe throw a btwist in the middle of the cafeteria....last time i did, did not end well....

decided not go to judo practice. i decided to just go train around the High School and the Rec. attempt a few Jstep gainers on the field? some precision to front flip work maybe? maybe a tic tac 270 cat->to 360 cat?
god im using tricking terminoly form for parkour...
anyway....


I realized( i realize alot of things at night) that my callusses(fk the spelling) have gone and disappeared again. Guess i have to start training on hard core walls again. the ones on my feet however is a different story i think all the MoveNat these past 2 years has turned the entire bottom of my foot into a callus, That and i train bare foot in even the most urban of places.....

its 11:52 i still have time to make my sleep stack, eat it , work out for a bit, then go to sleep.

its 6:35 in the morning
Monday the 8th

Made smoothies to take to school, deciding whether or not to put whey inside. Might not be doing physical activity for a few hours. i dont feel like throwing tricks this morning >.>
Apart from this special strawberry banana rasperry pineaple orange juice and honey smoothie. i pack the standard meals to school.

i have to refill the tuna supply in my locker @ school. so im taking more of that

Holy schizoid BatMan this post has taken me 5 minutes and i have to run to catch my bus -____-

@ Rebbeca: No not yay Judo -____- lol. Just the regular old HighSchool Judo club i suppose i havent gone to any practices. just conditioning lul.

Errgh didnt get a chance to get on the computer yesterday. Thank goodness i put it on my itouch notes :D

Monday Feb 8th.
-Trained after school. Didnt get a chance to do those front flip precisions. Various club meetings after school. too crowded. I threw that Btwist. in the cafe. on the stage. cause im ftw like that. Wall spin was actually a tree spin but still a sucess.
 After school went to the Rec. Did Windmill drills, and flare drills. worked on my rythm and top rock. got this mean set that i wanna master :D
-Afterwards ran to pearlcity(not a typo i did in fact run to pearl city), tired as hell though. stopped only twice to rest. Then caught the bus back haha cause im even more Ftw

Tuesday Feb 9th 9:17pm

-today i was feeling a bit off. It wore of by about noon time though. Didnt do much parkour/tricking today. mostly breakdancing@ the rec. got an Lkick[Au batido] I crashed in every class. and after i woke up i would run to my locker and munch on some tuna, Tuna FTW, im thinking of stocking up on something else. but it has to be something that i can keep stored without....bad...things happening to it. Like it molding and coming alive and eating me or something.

Filming for my 2010 4 years of parkour video. and for my 2010"He Returns.." sampler
so that means training all across Oahu

anyway thats it for today.

God feburary is a busy month for me
-Friends birthday party at CPK tomorrow
-Shuffle Meet up at alas the day after
-Saturday Spendingthe day with my Gf
-Sunday JAM FTW

Didnt do much training today,mostly stretching cause i want to improve my flexibility.
Also did balance work, ive come a long way with balance in the past few months, im proud of myself.
Exahuste otherwise for reasons unknown.

UGH i havent posted in the past 4 days. Brain shattering headaches. Got some Acai in my system though, so feeling all better now :)

Still mostly conditioning. Waiting for a good oppurtunity to come up. Like todays jam....which i missd because i just woke up -______-

i wanna start training with weights on. Mostly Ankle and wrists. Im not HARDCORE enough to wear those big Torso ones.
In regards to the above. Anyone ever train with these body weights? and if so, did you find anything you like about using them?

ok so this is for Monday Febuary 15th
Like the above says i worked on balance work
This doesnt just involve walking the length of a rail but precisions to.
I mean ive seen so many people with outrageous jumping distances but lacking the balance to land[and Hold] them

So i practiced jumping down from heights that increased by roughly half a foot onto my home made precision bars and tried to stick them every time.
Remember this is a jump DOWN on to the rails. I have terrible rail balance

Stats
@ 1/2ft i landed 10/10. Go figure
@1ft i landed 10/10. Like i said. Go Figure
@ 1 1/2ft it was 9/10. i want consistency up to at least 3 feet
@ 2ft 9/10 with a lot moving around to adjust
@ 2 1/2ft same as above
-This patter continues until about 5ft-
@5ft i was landing them 7/10 times more than half but still crappy :p

Then i decided to move onto the balance walk.
First, i walked along a rail for about 14ft maybe? barefoot. I usually dont train with shoes on :p especially not balance not even with my kirovs on, anyways yea 14ft. major improvements. from about 12

Cat balances.....errr ive seen 2 different variations of this.
I practiced the first one, coincidentally also the most well known
walked along the same rail as above but only for about 11ft...still improvement from only 8 lmao

and for some reason i like to do pistols and squats while standing on the rails....REALLY sketchy for me. but a good exp. i had a buncha people doing these at a jam i held and they had made improvements by the end. Maybe this is a good way to improve on balance?

anyways that was about it.
*sigh that was a long post. took like 20 minutes.

anyway heading out for the upperbody work today. might go into the forest if i feel up to it...otherwise ill be at the park.

I made the previous post at about 4:36Pm. I went out to train. came back at about 8:30 ish. Fell asleep and just woke up. its 10:30.

Anywaaaaaays

Tuesday//Feb.16th//10:28
Todays Focus: Upper Body
-Muscle ups definitley muscle ups. I can muscle up from a Cat, but thats(relatively)Easy. I want Muscle ups from a Dead hang or whatever its called. So i Started by pumping out some marine pull ups >:] 5 sets of 5=25. 2 minute rest in between each set.
-Got motivated by the 100k pushup thread and pumped out 200. 10 sets of 20. 1 minute in between
-Did some random Dips here and there in between these two park benches.
-QMed about 2 miles. 1st mile. killed me. took about 17 minutes. I Rested up a bit, then went for the second mile.14 minutes ftw.
-Tossed in some Cat Shimmys along the length of a 10 or so ft wall
-about 5 handstand push ups

Quality of this post is crap. im still tired....god....im gonna just hit the deck and wake up uber early to finish it.

@ the time of this posting there is a maniac who stole a car and is armed with a shotgun. Im scared, and focused, ready to act if need be. I have my hunting knives on the stand next to me(alot of good those will do but still), Pray that i dont get involved in this.

Heres the breakdown

Wednesday: Breakdancing@the rec
A lot of moves involving Wrist Strength and balance
-Handhops
-Airchairs
-Lkicks
-Pikes
etc

Thursday:
More rest than flexibility.
whenever i move my hip a certain way(for example when i bring my knee really high up as far as i can) it clicks. and then when i lower my leg and do hip rotations it clicks back. This was 6 weeks ago. i took note of this and toned down training alot so as not to aggravate it? now the click is MUCH less noticeable although its still there :p any suggestions? keep the training toned down? or get the all clear to intensify again?

Friday: Lowerbody
-Rope Bridges with ROTC Special Forces team,kinda have to use your legs to hold yourself up.
-Tree climbing. made it up about 7-8 feet before i didnt want to climb anymore.
-Pistols while walking along the length of a wall

all with 5 pound ankle weights on

Saturday:
Training vaults until there near perfect is very.VERY. Hard.
i guess the way i went about this is drilling individual sections of a vault over and over until they were how i wanted them. Then put it all together and drilled them like that.

you get the idea.

Today:
I had movnat planned.....didnt work out though. complications "/

Yesterday did Alot of PK Practical applications. was really fun :)

Today i did my first flag in 3 or so weeks. and i held it for 30 seconds :D
3 weeks ago i could only hold it for like 2 seconds >_<
im improving :DD

I did MovNat over the course of 5 miles.
All Barefoot -_____-

it was a recently discovered spot in this valley near my house.

Equipped with quite literally everything you need for MovNat training.
Although the river only comes up to about knee height on average. with the highest being about halfway up your thigh :p
Waded through that carrying 20-30 pound rocks. Very difficult.

Rocks were scattered through out the river in a way that just totally screams "precision me"
and so we did.

Haven't been posting cause I didn feel the urge to. If that makes any sense.

My form and technique has improved so much this past week it's not even funny.
I applied new training methods as well. Involving concrete bricks and chalk, going to be featured in my new video.

I'll post my weekly training schedule tomorrow.
