.. not to Parkour, but to this site.
I've been pretty into parkour for the past two or three years. A numourous amount of months back I messed up my knee pretty badly and had to stop doing Parkour for quite some time.
Long story short, I lost some muscle, gained a bit of a tummy but have started up Parkour again. I guess I thought if I needed anything I could turn to this site and ask for some help.
