ankle
« on: February 07, 2010, 03:00:45 AM »
hey everyone yesterday had little accident
I did my first front 360 (well accually it was 450) and I landed it perfectly but only 2 persons saw it
so I said hey I'll give it another shot so everybody will see it. So I did it again but I think I lost control when I was halfway in the air
so result I landed on my ankle. It's purple on a small spot and it's swollen on the bottom of my foot.

I don't know if it's broken or just badly injured, but for now I can't walk on it (and if it doesn't get better I'll go to the hospital)

So for everybody who start with things like 360 front: don't try to do it fast for anybody, take your time.

RICE + anti-inflams

If it's bruising pretty bad I would schedule a doc appointment to get it checked.

today I went to hospital
they made some pictures of it and they said nothing is broken
*oef* now they did say I need to use a stabilising gel to make it heal faster and rest for a week at least
