Yea. You should get back into it. A sketchbook should only cost maybe $5. :) I think people should always draw because it is a way to get your emotions or thoughts across.

It's getting to the point nowadays where the counterculture thing to do is not get a tattoo. I know that's a broad and probably incorrect statement, but seriously, SO many people have them now. It's almost like "What? You don't have one? That's strange, then how can you feel strongly about anything?"

I'm not against tattooing at all though, if you want one or a dozen go for it. I personally liked the 5th design because of the symmetry and it would fit well on your proposed skin area.
x1,000,000!!!!!

i wanted a tattoo my whole life then i turned 18 and so did all my friends and they all ot tattoos and i feell like everyone i know now has a tattoo..... like its a trend.... i still think theyre awesome just not for me.... and my buddy got a tattoo thats supposed to be on the center on his back... but its not... its a few inches off center and its crooked..... im an artist and im a perfectionist when it comes to my art so i feel like if i get a tattoo and in any way its not up to my standards ill hate myself for getting it... so im not getting one haha
