Other exercise / fitness experience: Soccer, Daily workouts, Daily jogging
Location where injury occurred: My yard
Conditions of location: Wet
What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred: Near a tick tack vault, but on more of a floor-like surface, not a wall.

Did you see a doctor for diagnosis: No
Did you get X-rays or MRI's: No

Could you / how could you have avoided the injury: Been more careful, shrewd, and have shoes with a better gripping.
Date / type / severity of your last injury: Haven't had another injury in the same location, or whilst Freerunning.
Notes on the experience: It had just got done raining, I decide to practice Parkour. I was running, and noticed a water pump, I believe, with a wall and rail directly near it. I jumped on the water pump, slipped, tried catching the wall near with my foot, and slipped on it also, falling on my butt. It knocked the breath out of me, made gasses release both sides of me [Farted and burped uncontrollably], and hurt my Upper inner thighs. Just a tip, be careful when training Parkour in a wet area.
Earlier today, [February 6th, 2010] I was vaulting over a bench, and I kicked backwards a bit. The kick went to far, and kicked my sore butt and upper inner thighs. Now I can barely handle sitting down, running, or better yet Parkour, without pain. Hopefully it will wear off soon.
