Just wondering. I need better moves. I keep getting my feet stuck.

I'm not really sure what you mean by that.
Are talking about jumping from one roof to another, or going up a wall to that ledge??

Can you be more specific about this ledge? Photo? Otherwise discussion is pointless :)

Okay, sure. It's pretty miserable outside here, so it's indoors.

Dude im taller than 6 ft. 6' 5" to be exact lol. Can be a blessing or a curse when it comes to parkour, which i quickly figured out. Anyway, all u gotta do is run at it and trust your body it will deliver if you pursue. Stick your foot as high as you can and push up  If ur foot keeps slipping, that prolly means that it isnt high enough. it should be at least at waist level. Preferably higher.

That could very easily cause you to push away from the wall instead of up the wall.

I believe the general consensus is to put the foot lower rather than higher, although someone with a higher vertical leap can place their foot higher and still get the same power out of their pop

I'm looking to get down it, AND up it. It's in my house, so I can't really use shoes. I'd go outside and find a place, but... 1.) Snow 2.) The only other places I can find are even higher.

I tried the pop vault, but it seems I can't get much, or any height. I can grab onto the top, but not really far enough to pull myself up. (or maybe I'm just not keeping my momentum...there isn't much room to run to get up. only about 8ft.) I also have some pads set for when I just plain jump from it...but just a normal jump isn't very fun, you know? But then a kong or other vaults freak me out. But it IS the lowest place I can find to really practice. The closest place I could find some picnic tables is about 4 miles away, and I can't drive yet. >_<

Thanks for the help, everyone.  :D

I'm not trying to sound mean, but you're kinda asking for the impossible. If you don't want to use shoes, climb it barefoot. If you don't want to leave marks on the wall, then you need to pull yourself up without touching the wall with your feet, and that requires some conditioning related to the Muscle Up. If you're looking for "fun" then try a mega kong.
You pretty much mentioned all your choice above, so pick one and work on it. I hope I didn't offend you in any way, just trying to put reality in front of your face.
I hope you find the best way. :)
