Got up at 7:06 today, feeling great.

Breakfast was a wrap and coffee.  Lunch was fish and chopped red cabbage (I can't get enough of that stuff).  Snack was the last of the trail mix and coffee.  Dinner was paleo sloppy joe and asparagus.

Ran about 3 miles today, half was trail running (wow, where'd that endurance come from?).  Practiced my top-outs.  I think I've got it down decently with my left leg, next step is to work my right.  I also did a bunch of monkey vaults, kongs and lazy vaults over fallen trees.  Also managed about 10 chinups and 3 pullups today,  I'll do 3-5 more before bed.

Finish the night with 5BX C2lC

10/16

Got up at 8A, felt great, but I was late for work.  (Gotta remember I need at least 4 hours of sleep to get up with my alarm.)

Breakfast was a wrap, missed lunch and dinner was buffalo and zuch stuffed pepper and paleo sloppy joe.

5BX C2lC

Got up at 6:45.  Felt so-so.

Breakfast was a wrap.  Lunch was stuffed pepper.  Dinner was bacon and sauted spinach and other lettuces.

5BX C2lC+ and made 1.1 mile in about 9 min.  Need to head to bed shortly and get up early...

Got up ass late for work today (9:15A).  I stayed up past 4A reading.

Breakfast was a blueberry and almond, whole grain "power" bar from Octane... damn good stuff.  Lunch was an excellent Asian chicken lettuce wrap.  Dinner was a Chipotle bol.  2 cups coffee as snack.

5BX C2lC+ and I made 1.1 miles in exactly 9 min (timed it right today).  I remember running a 5:45 mile in HS... no reason I can't do that, so that's a new goal.

Pullups aren't going as well as I'd like.  I can do a ladder up to the 4th min, where I can basically pull myself up enough to crease my arms.  Starting Mon I'm going to go at the APK warmup with new vigor and really get going with the pullups, initially I see them as being chair assisted, but just making the 30 required will be big.

Until then...

Wow, took a few days off posting here... I'll not recap them, as there's really nothing to recap :-[  I kinda fell into a funk last week, didn't work out much and drank a lot this weekend... now that's a recipe for health!

For the last few days I've been on a bit of a carb restriction diet.  My weight is back to where I was before, maybe a little less (I'm at the top of my ideal weight range) and I've got a lot of energy again.

Today got up late, 7:34.  Felt great.  No breakfast but had a mid-morning snack of a "breakfast club" wrap, no tomatoes.  Lunch was turkey thighs and 2 small carrots.  Snacked on celery all afternoon.  2 or 3 cups of tea.  Dinner was more turkey and leafy greens spinach. 2 cups black tea.

A pleasant surprise after my respite is that I can do more pullups than I remember.  Did a ladder and got up to 4, then up to 3  before I couldn't do any more.  Form was very controled, no swinging.

Stepped back the 5BX to C2lC.
