First of all, if you are a beginner why are you getting ahead of yourself? Learn to walk before you run! Being too hasty can lead to serious injuries. You should first start with learning the basics of Parkour such as the roll and safety techniques.
If you want to learn to do acrobatics find a gym near where you live.

As said before. Learn basics first. If you just want to jump straight to flips I suggest you check yourself before you wreck yourself. Flips aren't super hard, but they're not something you will be learning in a couple months. Parkour and Freerunning is about steady progression, not flash 24/7.

When you feel you have enough confidence to go inverted, you roll technique is flawless, and your strong enough to attempt them and you know that you will mess up when learning them and are able to accept it. If you think you meet all that criteria then just get a mattress or something and start trying them onto that. I personally started with wallflips and found those to be a good transition.
