Hello Everybody
« on: January 25, 2010, 09:29:11 PM »
Well its been a long time since ive been on here. If anybody remembers me my name is Jay and i've met a few of you and trained with you before. I was also at the downtown works week demo with some of you. Its been awhile since ive done anything because of the start of a new career that ive been super busy with. So I would like to get back into things and go out and train again and meet up with some of you on my off days which i have very few of.  I'm not very good at writing introductions.

I have to look at my fire shift schedule and then ems shift schedule and the training schedule to look at what days ill be able to make it to. Its been hard to do anything since ive been working alot lately. Ive only had about 5 days off this month.

Sweet. I've heard great things about Bohemia but I've never made it there myself. How's the snow up there right now?

Not to worry, we'll be arranging a few more large outdoor training sessions throughout the months here. Also we've got a weekly training schedule for the Monkey Bar Gym on Tuesdays, the details are up on the training calendar.

I went up there last year and it was awesome. They have been getting alot of snow this year. There getting dumped on right now and its supposed to snow every day this week and next week there. So it should make for some awesome back country riding.

Ill hopefully be able to make it to one soon. Ive never been to the monkey bar gym or heard of it.

Hey, Jay! Welcome back!

The MBG is in downtown Madison. We're there every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm. It's marked on our Hotspots map, and the details/info are in the training calendar. It's $7 per time and you'll have to sign a waiver. Be prepared for a good butt-kicking and for some good skill practice!

Hope to see you out training sometime. It's good to have you back!

and yet: as though, once it was overcome,
she would be beyond all walking, and would fly.

Sup Jay? So yeah man, sounds like you're a firefighter now huh? That's badass man. Anyways, I have yet to go to the MB sessions, unfortunately there are some schedueling conflicts. However I generally always go to the open gym at badger gymnastics. If you ever decide to hit it up I bet you'll see me and Brandon there.
