Nice concept, except "All entries become the property of APK"  :(
You could have just asked for the rights to use it however you want.
Let the guy who produced it still keep the ownership.

We're giving away over $200 of stuff to help motivate people to work out and your main concern is that we want rights to the photos?

It is entirely too complicated to specify the rights we would want, it is much simpler to say "All entries become the property of APK" - which is also entirely standard and fair for a contest.

"Entries become our property" is standard for a contest.
It's not my main concern. Just an observation.

I like the contest idea. I hope to see lots of creative entries.
I enjoyed your Costa Rica workout, and laughed when the rock broke.
Good to see you're posting in your log again.

Here is my entry  :) Just wondering though...it's not really parkour related and more straight up conditioning, that's okay right?

Konging low stuff is stupid. Just jump over it. Or just do a cool flip over it.
