Athletic experiences:
Trained in karate for 6 years, played tennis for 2 years

Goals

Planche Progression: Hold a Tuck for 60 seconds
Pushup: Do 40 consecutive pushups

Lever: Figure out a place to perform that can support me
Pullup: Figure out a place to perform that can support me

Pistol: Perform one successful pistol
Distance Running: Determine current speed for running 1 mile

What would be a good goal to set for "Practice rolls"?
