Hey INPK.  Here is the Jam write-up. This is just an overview that is for the people coming.  I will be getting a hold of everyone individually to let them know what they will be doing exactly.  So be looking for a call from me. If you don't hear from me or have questions, feel free to give me a call.  317-796-8558. Lastly, if you are planning on helping out. I would really like you to order a jam t-shirt so that people can tell INPK apart from everyone else.  Let me know if you can't afford it before the jam, we'll work something out.  Lastly, we are having a picnic on Saturday evening.  We will use what profit from the T-shirts to buy supplies, but if everyone could pitch in on drinks, chips, and what not, it would really help.  That's all for now, and I look forward to talking and more so seeing everyone in TWO WEEKS!!

The Midwest Jam Write-up

Hey fellow traceurs! Is anyone else ready for July 16 to be here? I know INPK is.  Here is the official write up for the 2010 Midwest Jam. First off, the dates are July 16-18. If you are in need of housing for the weekend we will be staying at East Tenth United Methodist Church. Here is the address:

East Tenth United Methodist Children and Youth Center, Inc.
2327 East 10th Street
Indianapolis, IN 46201

When arriving at the church the parking lot is located behind the church so when driving down Tenth Street take a right on the first street next to the church and park in the fenced in area near the playground (on the right).
This year’s Midwest is going to have a canned food drive as part of the “registration fee.” We are asking traceurs to bring 2-3 canned goods or dry pantry goods. The canned goods will help support East Tenth’s food pantry which helps the less fortunate in our area. Important: The church has a tile floor, so make sure you bring padding to sleep on! Unfortunately the church does not have a shower so please bring washcloths and other items for a sink shower.
Schedule

Friday
Meet at the Church at 7pm.
Night training at location by church at 7:30.
If arriving after that time, please call either Patrick or Nicole.
Saturday
Start at 10:30
Jog and warm-up sessions.
Train various locations around IUPUI.
Lunch at 4 till 5:30 Meet back behind the state museum.

Breakout Training
Skills
Women’s meet-up
An Indianapolis jog

Cookout at the church at 8:30 (feel free to pitch in and bring drinks, chips, or whatever.

Sunday
Trip to Eagle Creek. The admission is $5 per vehicle, but for that we will be doing the nature fitness trail ending with the trip at the beach!

If you have any questions feel free to contact any of us. The contact info is below. Again, if you are staying with us at the church, remember to bring some padding to sleep on.

Also we have a Midwest Jam T-shirt!!  Make sure to pre-order yours and we’ll have it at the jam for you.  If not, we’ll have extra but not many and few in each size.  So PRE-ORDER! Here’s the link.

Anyway the designer of the shirt could get one for free? No biggie, I'm just too broke to afford one right now. Can't wait for the 16th!
