Midwest Jam Info
« on: January 24, 2010, 04:48:47 PM »
Hey guys.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I'm excited that spring is coming and that means the beginning of what I know is going to be an awesome season.  The people in Indy got together and started the ball with the midwest jam.  Which if you didn't know, INPK is hosting the midwest jam for 2010. Here is the tentative information.

Midwest Date: July 16-18
Schedule ( and remember that this is all tentative)

Fri
Meet and greet
Night training

Sat
10:30 –Start at 11
Jog, warm up, and break out session (circuit training and beginners)
Lunch at 3:30-4 till 5:30 Meet back at circle rocks
Open (technique, tricking, Flow)
Women Jam
Run

Sat (Rain)
Rock climbing
A+ gymnastics (obstacle course)
Movie

Sunday
Bloomington Campus/Nature
Open Train

I have talked with some of you and expressed that it is my vision and desire to have INPK put on Midwest and not just the Indianapolis Parkour scene.  I feel it will be a chance for INPK to put ourselves on the map and show everyone what we're all about.  Consequently, it is going to take a lot of effort and planning to do this right.  So on the weekend of May 7-9, we are going to have a mini spring jam for several reasons. 1. It will be a dry run of Midwest to get the time frames down. 2. A chance for anyone who wants to help during the actual jam to give input and understand whats going on prior to the Midwest. Note: Anyone wants to help with the jam needs to come to this jam.  3. A chance for all of us to hang out.

More information regarding this jam will come as time gets closer, but mark your calenders and ask off sooner rather than later.

I'm very excited about this! You will definitely see me on both occasions and I hope to bring a few other LPK folks along for the ride. It'll be good to train with you guys again! Cheers!
