Sup Connecticut (newbie, just need help getting started)

I'm new to parkour, however I am coming into the sport physically fit.



Any really nice spots to practice in CT?

What do you do at a "Jam"?

Are there any groups out there that practice as a team?

hey! good to see other traceurs from Connecticut. Where in CT are you from? There are a number of other guys on the forum from CT, so if you ask around there might be others in your area. A Jam is when a group of traceurs meet up to train. Hope that helped. Peace.

This board isn't really that active for new england guys, I'd check out new england parkour. I think new haven has some really good spots but you should definitely check out nepk.

I'm from SC were I've trained for close to 4 years and have been an active member of Overflux Southeast Parkour. Also, I lived a year in Houston, TX where I trained with Houston Parkour and TXPK.
