Help with front flip

Hey I was wondering if someone could meet with me and possibly give me some pointers on flipping. I tried the tutorials and was unsuccessful at completing anything worth of an attemp. i would go to a gym but im currently unemployed.

Let's start with where you're located. America is pretty big... ;)
