Alright. I learned the b-twist and a long time of in-activity I have forgot it. Anyone have any tips?

Just start from the beginning. It should come back naturally, If it doesnt, Give it some time. Im sure you can get it again.

Yeah I got it back. I just don't feel any momentum when im going to take off so basically i have to go from the power in my leg and take off so it's not the best b-twist; but it works.

Hey I found that A good reaction time can help with your height and power. Ive got nothing for momentum, sorry. Hey good job gettin the b-twist though....
