maybe a small shattered bone in my foot?

Location where injury occurred:outskirts of a small park
Conditions of location:dry, cold
What you were doing:a 5 ft downhill precision
Where any other people involved:no
Part of body  - description of injury, rating of severity 1-10:Right foot, felt and heard a small "crack" upon landing. Pain level 8/10
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis? no
Did you get X-rays or MRI's? no
Picture of the injury:  nothing to take a pic of, its on the inside
Could you / how could you have avoided the injury? Maybe if I landed more towards my midfoot
Date / type / severity of your last injury? 07-01-09 (ish), rolled completely wrong and messed up my shoulder for a couple weeks,
 pain level a 9 or 10
Notes on the experience? I din't go see a doctor cause I didn't really think it was a big problem,
 and I didn't really have the time, also the pain seemed to go away,
 but little did I know It is always there...
used to be a sharp pain, now its a lingering pain. if I run or jump using my right foot I can feel the pain come back.
but its not as bad as it used to be...idk what it is. someone told me I might have broke a small bone, maybe they're right
