Or you can just do a lot of precision jumps and you will improve, just dont over do it.
nikas told you well,for improving a distance jump(precision)you should just do precisions,try jumping in distance with your legs straight just keep them straight and jump on your toes,it will be a small jump but with time it will become bigger and better.TRY it
