Depends what your goals are and what kind of pizza. If its someone like me who's trying to gain weight then yea, I'm going to go ahead and order one, a plus would be if its made with real mozzarella and fresh veggies (which mine are since I usually either make my own or order one from Brooklyn's.) If your trying to loose weight I would stray away from it.
I eat a lot of food.

If you have to ask about whether or not a food is healthy it probably isn't.  That being said we can do the math and deduce that no, pizza isn't healthy, at like, all.  It has lots of bread and bad fats.

There is much tastier and healthful things to eat.

Depends on the pizza your eating, and your goals.

Pizza made with real cheese (from cows) and real tomatoes (smashed up yourself) and bread.. well breads just not that great regardless is OK.

If you're getting it from a pizza chain it's terrible. You don't know what kind of processing they do the cheese. tomato sauce, toppiings, etc. + they use unhealthy oils and you don't know what kind of stuff they're doing with the bread either.

There's worse things you can eat though like candy. So I mean it's not the devil or anything. But I wouldn't go out of my way to get one. Occasional cheat is cool.

Real pizza can be healthy.  I made this in a diet phase:

Everything - sauce, crust, etc. - was hand-made.  Chicken, roma tomato slices, spinach.. some spices and herbs..  I don't see any "bad" fats in it.  And bread.. meh.. it's bread.  If you account for the calories, then you should be fine.  Especially considering how nutritionally dense everything else in the pizza is.

Sauce took about fifteen minutes and I made the cough while the sauce was cooking.. Then the pizza itself just took 45 mins in the oven, so.. one hour of prep time is too much work for a week's worht of food..?

It definitely beats the vending machine.  I'll have to try out one these this week.  Might even with whole wheat dough or something.
