Ya, I'm pretty much positive that's a trolling site. I sent a warning to the guy that originally posted that.
Basically a legit class is gonna offer up more info: times, places, names of coaches, cost, information about what parkour is. They'll have a number to call or and e-mail to contact. They wont simply ask you to log your information for them to contact you. That's pretty sketchy.
As of now, I don't know of any Parkour classes being taught in KY. I'll be starting a basic class in Louisville in the spring, but that's a decent drive from Lexington.
As far as gym time goes, most gymnastics gyms have open gym hours where anyone can come and practice as they please. Try calling some of
these. Ask them if they have open gym hours, what the cost is, and explain to them what you are training for. I'm almost positive you could find one among them that would be happy to accommodate you.
