Part of body  - description of injury, rating of severity 1-10.: Pulled left lower abdominal muscle (7 when I work out, 3 if doing nothing, 5 if laughing)
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis?: No
Did you get X-rays or MRI's?: No

Could you / how could you have avoided the injury?: Perhaps.  I was wear a knee brace on my right side so I may have been compensating with my left too much.  Then, my right foot placement is awkward because of how it is angled, and this is the normal spot that hurts when I run.
