landing
« on: January 06, 2010, 06:16:03 AM »
i keep hearing 2 different ways of landing, some people tell me to land both feet at once, and some tell me to land in a 1-2 form, what should i do?? (its a general land, such as a precision jump or a drop from a small ledge.)

you will get more feedback on these kind of posts if you put them in the techniques/movement forum. ;)

in short, landing on 2 feet, symmetrically is the way to go for drops higher than about 3 ft. under 3 ft. you should be able to land one at a time, in stride so that you can keep running.
