Hey guys,

January 10th is about the one year mark for Frederick Parkour, so we're celebrating that by jamming out like the animals we are.

So January 10th at Noon in baker park by the bell tower, then move around town to all the spots, and we'll quit when its to dark to see.
This would be a good chance for all you out-of-towners(DC/B-More, etc.) to come train on the best areas in MD.(yeah i said it!)

Food is located near our training spots in fact some of our training spots are restaurants , so bring a lunch/dinner or bring a few bucks for 5 guys, the pizza and pretzel shop and what have you.

Is this a good opportunity for non-experienced beginners heh heh...  I would really love to attend but I haven't had any experience, yet I'm dying to get my feet wet in this!  :)

This is a GREAT opportunity for beginners, you should definitely come out if you can. Since more people will be there you'll have more people to learn from! :)

anybody interested in a ride, we have three spots in our car. We will however be going late (Amanda is teaching the women intro seminar at Primal), so meet up at Primal at noon.

I'm moving back down to DC around noon, and since I'm not the one driving, I don't have much of a choice in the matter.

Possibly, but we're having a family reunion Saturday, and my folks will probably want me to hang around to help get things ready. Would Thursday or Friday work this week? If those don't, I can always Metro up next weekend if you don't mind coming down to Shady Grove.

Oh, Amanda!  Sheesh.  I just figured out what you thought I was saying when you said, "Oh, cry me a river!"  Lol.. When I said, "I'm 23 and my joints are killing me already" I wasn't trying to suggest I was getting old and rickety.. I was saying, "I'm 23.. Why the hell are my joints so bad already?"

I was planning on being at the jam today, but I ended up with food poisoning late Friday night, and I'm still recovering from it.  Nothing worse than a bad burrito to wreck your weekend.
