Not to mention we have the ability to grapple none-the-less. We can grasp and pull and tear. And we have teeth too, just not a jaw designed for offense like other animals.
We also have, like you said, superior technique, in that we have blunt techniques, we have weapons in the sense of comparing swords to clubs. They can tear and rip and bite, we can bash and smash and break, and we know how to do it well. A superior kick to the ribs of a large cat will be heavily damaging. A punch to the nose, startling and painful if not deadly. A twist and quick flip around and we have each side of it's neck in our hands and a simple twist, yank, or whatever motion comes to mind, and we have caused irreparable damage. Game, set, match; human. Not discounting that there will very likely be injuries to both sides, despite who wins though.
