ya somehow a whole page got deleted, but i'm back into the swing of things. i'm lifting 1.5 times a week and training pk about 4 times a week. when i lift i usually do squat, weighted dip, muscle ups/ chins, incline DB press, then curls. the only lift i really care about is my weighted dip and it's currently at +85 3x5. as for parkour, i usually do 1-2 jam style high impact sessions per week and the rest are more focused on balance, flow, climb-ups, foot placement ect. i'm trying to just go with the flow and not keep any real schedule. my only rules are never train high impact day after lifting or another high impact day, listen to my body, and enjoy.
