I'd start with a sit turn, they're pretty strait forward, and are really cool looking when you can do them well

I kinda like the pop vault.  It's a pretty intuitive move, builds up the always-useful quad muscles, and you can clear a wide variety of objects knowing just that one move.

cartwheels and round offs are pretty basic to and get you use to going over your head (good for spatial awareness.)

More tricking related a tornado kick is a must have but it is great for unilateral jumping and spinning awareness.
Konging low stuff is stupid. Just jump over it. Or just do a cool flip over it.

It really depends on where you're coming from. I thought my first trick was a backflip, but that's because I wasn't counting cartwheels and stuff like that which I've been doing since I was little, so it'd be good if you let us know what you've worked on and done so far. I'd still recommend a backflip as long as you're pretty athletic and have some experience involving tricks.
A state of mind when you are performing a physical movement that is neither too simple or too complex. Your focus rules out all other mental processes, your mind has no time for words, worries, or distractions. There is only timing, spatial awareness, and the feeling of satisfaction as you land
