Hahaha! Lots of good entries on this one!
But, after much debate and complex calculations of varying forms and degrees, I've narrowed my choices down to two people. Then, I performed a lengthy and much needed process required to properly judge any official event of any sort of importance. This process was making myself some food, and sitting in front of the computer while watching T.V. and thinking about who would win. While watching T.V. I was able to give point values to every known level of originality and degree of humor known to mankind. Based off of these point values, I graded each caption and triple checked all my calculations
with a calculator, to ensure that there was indeed no flaws of any kind. After evaluating the total amount of points each contestant had earned, I did background checks on all of their APK Forum activity, and if possible, searched for any other forms of internet interaction they have had. After finding no blackmarks in their internet history, I was finally able to come to a conclusion of the winner based on pure fact, and absolutely no opinion whatsoever.
