I'm interested in Parkour and live in Tucson and was wondering if anyone else is out here. Some nice spots to play at, imo.

Hey treelizard, read your Parkour Lite item on Crossift (crossfitting for almost 3 months), been thinking along the same lines for a while now too, so I started beam balancing and precision jumps this past weekend at the park while not too many people were watching.  I'd like to join you sometime, but I'm in Phoenix and don't visit the relatives in Tucson very often.

Well let me know if you're in Tucson, there's a great climbing gym and some cool spots near the U.

I do go to Phoenix occasionally if you wanna play in the park one day, as long as I can bring some friends with me.

Right now I'm working on improving my really crappy jump. 10 minutes of jump rope and 20 jumps as high as I can each day is what a smart person told me to do. Fun.

Let us know time and place (when you know)! I think I should be able to make it, and would hate to miss out.

Have a specific location yet? Need advice on location?

If you don't have details, can you post (or PM me) with contact info so I can maybe find you day-of?

Thanks!

Their home website is arizonaparkour.com but I will mention to them to post their training schedule here as well if you guys are interested.
