little help with fear?

does anyone have any tips or something on getting of my fear of doing front/back flips? ive read a ton of stuff about it and it didnt really help (google failed???) so anyone with any advice i love you!

ive gotten over the fear, and i get enough height, but i cant focus on both the the take off, and the tuck. i can get one or the other right, but never both. any help?!?!

Don't do it alone, first of all. Get someone bigger than you to help you train. With a spotter helping you learn to flip it's not only safer, it's a big confidence booster as well.  :)

Come to the gym ;) For front flips, try it off of something at a playground into like wood chips. At least, that's how I did my very first one, even before in a gym. Before that, try on a trampoline. For backflips, get a spotter!

i agree with the spotter thing. also, what's been helping me is doing a back tuck onto a really deep pad. that way, if you under rotate, you don't break your neck. i swear it works. but definitely find a spotter. APEX has a lot of guys who really know what they are doing.

i started doing frontflips off a spring board in a gym, it gives you the extra hight  :)
