Visitor coming from NY

Seems like I'm going to DC for the weekend for sightseeing. I might have some free time at night ( probably after 8 ) and maybe in the morning ( 6am?). I'm hoping that there'll be some traceurs willing to meet up and train.

I don't think I'll be in DC by that time. Hopefully he'll be availible to train Sunday? Or I'll be :'(

I heard there's going to be a gym session tomorrow at Bethesda? Can anyone get me the directions before then?
