I was an "intern" for two years with NYPK and have been training for 4 plus years  I have ran a couple classes here in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

The SJ/Philly Jam is coming up soon come out and meet people in the south jersey and philly communities and see how we do.  Everyone is pretty friendly and willing to help.  We all have different skills, training regimens, and mindsets, but we agree on keeping it moving awareness of self and environment and fun.
