Im 18, male, bored as hell, I weigh 140, 5'11 (i think thats what my height is around....I really dont know), and I really would like to learn this. Oh and am not afraid to admit that I need to get some more muscle. I was wondering if there was anyone willing to teach me. I live in Riverside, California(its in the Inland Empire btw). And if I find no one to help me, are internet instructioinal videos ok? [WTF] :-Sarcasm [WTF] :-Sarcasm :'( :-* :-\ :-X :-[ :P ::) ??? 8) :o :( >:( ;D :D ;) :)
I train alone. but thats only cause there is no one to train with. sooooo, anyone?

Yes, Tutorial videos are good as long as you can be sure that they give out the right information. APK has videos like these as well!

(Some personal advice, start with rolling and landing techniques. Don't do anything with heights yet.)

For workouts I suggest Push-ups, L-sits, Muscle-ups, and Dips according to your ability.
