December Jam
« on: November 28, 2009, 08:15:19 PM »
There are a couple things going on Dec guys, with my CF certification coming on the 5th and 6th, the seminar on the 13th, so that leaves the 20th and 27th.. are we jamming.

 Please read this
 http://hawaiipk.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=248&Itemid=1

Next jam I want it to be at that place, we going to have a good time diving, and doing some natural training but for the most part we are going to give it some love and clean it.

We might need some rides for buses dont stop there. We might need a truck to carry all the bags of trash we will get. We will discuss the details as we pick the date.

Very cool, Ozzi... That's such a beautiful looking place, except for the garbage.
I hope you all have a great time there!

I'll be sad to miss those this month. We're gonna have to go again after I get back. I should be getting back here around Jan 20th.

you know cromwells is kinda dirty as well... I don't actually remember it ever being clean.  Maybe not as trashed as that other place, but I think cromwells could use some love for our last jam of Dec.

So we doing this weekend, Id rather do the 27th to be able to dedicate more time to this project. I want to take this a little serious. Although we have another idea coming up with a "leave no trace awareness month" something like we did last year but more towards the environment. We have several places in mind and want to have the media helping and what not. So might push kapena falls further down the next year. April or so.

I think we should try to go more than just April. The trash is gonna keep piling up as long as there are inconsiderate morons living and touring on the island. I'm for making this trip a more steady thing.

Agree stacie, however the april thing is just to bring awareness, us as a community do this much more often. Makes sense?

Sure does. I was just making sure we were on the same wavelength here. =) I hope I'll be there in April. As long as it doesn't fall on the weekend of the anime convention or the time I plan on visiting my fam for a couple weeks b4 heading to Monterey. ;)

I'm jamming this weekend on the Kyunghee University grounds in Hankook. I've scoped it out and found some things I can work with. =D Be ready for a more experienced, fledgling traceusse when I get back ;)  And have fun on Sunday. ^,^
