ok so there are 3 conscutive bars, spaced roughly 3-4 feet apart from each other, side by side, i try to jump over the first one, monkey vault the second, and push off far enough to get over the final bar, i have tried more speed for momentum, ive tried tucking as tight as i can, ive tried pushing off as hard as i can, no matter what i do i always bust both my knee caps on the last bar, its somewhat of my white whale, if you will. is there a certain thing i need to do get enough height to not hurt myself every time?
