Apex movement classes
« on: November 23, 2009, 09:16:32 AM »
I will hopefully be starting classes at the Apex Movement in Denver soon. I was wondering if anyone else was going to be doing them, or if anyone else already has.
I'm back!!!

A lot of the people who have done the classes aren't really on APK. I know Dudley took the classes, as well as Christian for a while. I've dropped in on a few. They're going to be good to take though.

The classes in denver pull 15-30 students a class.  You won't be alone and they are a TON of fun.

Haha, I wouldn't know. >.<

Just look for a good running shoe, watch out for ones with a plastic/hard piece in the middle, those are no good. Just one you feel comfortable with, also flat/even tread is good, no bulky trail-running stuffs.  :)
