ankle pain
« on: November 20, 2009, 01:25:36 PM »
So a few months back I took a nasty fall of about 20 feet and landed flatfooted on accident. My feet snapped upwards and I felt the worst pain ever in my foot. I thought I broke both my feet but ended up being able to walk a few days later after resting and icing them. Wow if my foot ever goes upwards too far I feel like lightning is being shot throughout my ankle. Can anyone tell me what I probably did to it during that fall and what I can do to make the pain go away?

jammed your talus into your subtalar joint probably.  The only solution I've found with this is a good chiropractor--seriously.  It's just one of those things...
Any information or advice given is not to be interpreted as diagnosis, or statements of causality, conditions should be evaluated by a licensed practitioner of Chiropractic or Medical Doctor IN PERSON.  Therefore treatment recommendation should be considered similarly and bears no consequence to me.
