I don't know how many of you keep up with Tim Shieff's youtube channel, but he had a pretty good idea a little while back:

If anyone is going to be out training, you could post up where and when you'll be out, and it would get to everybody a lot quicker than if you posted it here. If people want they could add a cell subscription so you would be notified via text message when people go out.
