Hi, I'm a 31 y.o. dude from Northern AZ. I'm just starting out in Parkour, taking it slow at first. I'm also married and have a brand new baby (10/23/09) in the house. I'm looking forward to interacting with everybody. Thanks.

Congratulations with the child and welcome to APK Forums. Since you are new please look at the FAQ. Everything there will help you get started.
Practice on landing and rolling techniques first it will be invaluable at all times.
