I would have liked more description of the actual landing, the position he his in looks good though we use narrower stance and stay more on the ball of the foot. There is balance between the potential for bruising a heel by sitting back and protection for the knee by keeping more vertical shin. The strengthening drills are great though as is the emphasis on correct the core collapse.
